March Madness

It's still slow going over here but we've finally come up with a release date.  Expect the next release of Netizen by the end of March 2008.  The new desktop client will be launched with our new web service as Netizen Express.

You want crappy broadband, try Australia! But really don't forget us poor folks who can't even get decent dial-up. I'm still stuck with 28.8kbs. A download speed of 1.3b/s on a good day and upload? What upload. I'm not alone either. Anybody in country area's of large countries faces this or poverty. Is it worth my afternoon to download Netzien? I keep getting timeoutson 4 shared and other sites.
Thankyou for including file resuming though. That will help a lot for dowloads. Does it work on uploads as well?

For Beta 8, retry/resume only works for the download. We will be adding upload retry/resume with some web hosting features we're adding for Beta 9.

We are working on improving service to Australia and South East Asia. We don't have very good bandwidth providers to those parts yet.

Thanks for your patience and support
