I've a problem with pickup and sending packages. When i start Civil netizen i'm connected. if i want to recieve a package i paste the key but the "download parcel"button don't light up!!
when i sent a package i can drop a file or folder en name it. when i tip the button "package parcel" the screen begins with sent a package again??! the screen with mailsuggestions do not apeer. what can be wrong. Windows xp sp2, outlook express, firefox(newest release) symantec internetsecerity.(totaly permission for all traffic). ADSL, ROUTER BELKIN(wireless)

The "Download Parcel" button will fail to activate if the pickup slip information is corrupt, incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure that there are no extraneous characters in the pickup slip information. The pickup slip only contains characters from [A-Z, 0-9].

If that doesn't work and you're sure that you have copied and pasted the correct pickup slip, ask the sender to repackage the file into a new parcel, ensuring that there are no extraneous (#,&,?,<,>,|) symbols in the parcel file name.

A small percentage of our users have been encountering this problem and we're still working to track down the specific bug. I'll be adding more robust pickup slip processing and error messages in the next version of the application. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

thank for your answer.We tried several packages,but none works.At last I tried to recieve a package on my desktopcomputer.(instead of my notebook)now it worked!

I'm glad that it now works, but I am still a bit puzzled as to why it didn't work on your notebook. Is your notebook computer's configuration vastly different from your desktop? I have opened up a bug on our bug tracking system for this particular issue. I'll try to recreate this problem and get it fixed for the next version.
