Hey I am having a problem downloading files, but I can send files without any problems. My status says it is yellow intermittent and annoying. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and how I can avoid it????

When you have trouble downloading files from a friend, it probably means they have a router or firewall that is configured to make it difficult for you to connect to them and gain access to their parcel.

Do you know what model their broadband router is? Any information would help me understand the situation better.

Thanks for your response. My friend is using a megapass router which is issued by a South Korean Cable company in Seoul.

Hi Ali,

I'm not familiar with the Megapass Broadband Router. The documentation I've found on the Internet is a bit sparse, but it does seem to indicate that the Megapass has a built in firewall. Please tell your friend to configure the firewall to allow UDP packets and to disable a feature called SPI filtering if it is activated. Hopefully that will help solve the problem.
