It would be nice if it could automatically manage the upload speed so I could browse the web at a decent speed while its uploading a file to a user.

That's a good idea. I'm going to add that to the list of upcoming features. I need to perform some experiments to determine what percentage of a connection's upload bandwidth I should use to still allow for some decent browsing.
