I mad a parcel and everything seemed to work fine but there is no pickup slip. I click on email slip and nothing happens. If i go to the copy and paste page the box is completely blank. Saving to the desktop also does nothing. Why is this not working? Its only a 4 mb folder, I just wanted to test it, is that the problem?

Are there any foreign characters and symbols in your parcel name? Does this same problem persist even if you repackage your files?
